The WL09F — The 120A metering workhorse

The WL09F-F-112DB is a single-phase magnetic latching relay with a sealed contact, compact dimensions of 76 × 43 × 25 mm, designed for household appliances, automation systems and electronic equipment. Capable of switching up to 120A at 250VAC, it is the go-to reference for prepaid meters and EV charging stations.

The WL09VA is a quick-connect terminal variant sharing the same 120A load rating, with a low-power coil — ideal for embedded or battery-powered applications.

The WL09EC — Dual coil for industrial watt-hour meters

The WL09EC is a high-power dual-coil magnetic latching relay, designed for watt-hour meters and energy meters, with a capacity of 100A to 120A at 250VAC and dimensions of 52 × 43 × 21 mm. Its dual-coil configuration ensures a clean switching between “set” and “reset” modes, with no state ambiguity — an essential criterion for billing and remote meter reading.

The WL73D — Versatility in a miniature form factor

The WL73D is a 10A signal latching relay, single-pole, with single or dual coil, and a coil power of 0.4W to 0.8W. Its low power consumption and compact footprint make it a preferred choice for signal control applications, smart home, and audio equipment.

The technical advantages that make the difference

• Zero power consumption in hold state. Like all latching relays, WQE models maintain their position without continuous coil energization. In a smart meter powered by the line voltage or a backup battery, this translates into direct, measurable energy savings.

• Short-circuit and impulse current resistance. The four-air-gap magnetic structure of WQE latching relays provides high short-circuit resistance and explosion-proof protection (impulse current), which is essential in residential and industrial environments.

• Sealed relays for long-term reliability. WL09F references feature sealed relay protection, shielding contacts from contaminants, moisture and dust throughout their entire service life.

• Customization and commercial flexibility. WQE accepts OEM and ODM orders, provides samples within 3 to 7 days, and delivers mass production in 2 to 4 weeks depending on quantities. There is no strict MOQ: customers are encouraged to order samples to validate quality before committing.
