<p class="wp-block-paragraph">The C-rate expresses the maximum continuous discharge current relative to the nominal capacity. For a 1,680 mAh cell rated at 160C:</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">I_max = C × Q = 160 × 1.68 A = 268.8 A continuous discharge</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">This is the current level that competition brushless motors demand during full-throttle acceleration, high-load aerobatic maneuvers, or aggressive takeoffs in heavy configurations. Falling short of this threshold means accepting voltage sag under load — which translates directly into motor torque loss and the risk of a flight controller brown-out.</p>
