1. What Are Cookies?

4. International Data Transfers

Currently, none of the cookies used involve transfers of personal data outside the European Economic Area (EEA). Should this occur in the future, users will be informed in this Policy and appropriate safeguards will be put in place in accordance with Chapter V of the GDPR.

5. Consent Management

When first accessing the Site, Hu-manity displays a cookie banner allowing the user to:

  • Accept all cookies (including analytics cookies).
  • Reject non-essential cookies (only technically necessary cookies will be activated).
  • Configure preferences by category.

Consent may be withdrawn at any time via the ‘Cookie Settings’ link in the site footer, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing (Art. 7.3 GDPR). The Site is available in Spanish, English, German, and French; the banner will be displayed in the user’s browser language.

The controller will respond within a maximum of one month, extendable to three months in complex cases (Art. 12.3 GDPR).

ARTRONIK COMPONENTS SL is not required to appoint a Data Protection Officer (DPO) under Art. 37 GDPR, as the data processing carried out does not fall within the cases that require such appointment.

Users also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Authority (AEPD) at www.aepd.es.
