UF Capacitors is an ISO 9001-certified Chinese manufacturer, founded in 1995. The company holds military qualifications for tantalum capacitors, MLCCs and other products, and operates a UL-recognised test laboratory directly on its production site.

UF Capacitors is one of the earliest capacitor manufacturers in China. It produces and sells four main families of capacitors: ceramic capacitors, tantalum capacitors, aluminium electrolytic capacitors, and film capacitors.
Ceramic Capacitors
UF Capacitors’ ceramic capacitors come in two main types: through-hole and surface-mount (SMD). Their high-voltage, high-capacitance ceramic capacitors are particularly cost-effective and widely used in home appliances, telecommunications, and safety products.
Available series include:
- CT4 — Radial multilayer ceramic capacitors (25 V to 4 kV), equivalents to Vishay K Series, TDK/EPCOS FK Series, Murata RPE Series
- CT41 — Chip MLCC SMD, equivalents to Murata GRM Series, Vishay VJ Series, TDK C1005 Series
- CT81 — High-voltage disc ceramic capacitors

Tantalum Capacitors
Tantalum capacitors are available in both through-hole and SMD versions, primarily used in electric meters, IoT products and other embedded applications. Key series include:
- CA45 — Tantalum chip SMD (equivalents: Kemet T491, AVX TAJ, Vishay 293D)
- CA45U — Low ESR tantalum chip (equivalents: Kemet T494, AVX TPS)
- CA55 — Polymer tantalum (equivalents: Kemet T520, AVX TCJ, Vishay T55)
- CA42 — Radial epoxy dipped tantalum through-hole
Aluminium Electrolytic Capacitors
UF Capacitors’ aluminium electrolytic capacitors are primarily SMD V-Chip type, compact and high-performance, with series designed to replace Rubycon, Samwha, Nichicon and Panasonic:
- TCS — 85°C, V-Chip
- TCK — 105°C, V-Chip
- TFZ — 105°C, long life (2000–5000 h), ultra-low impedance
- TMA / TMB — Conductive polymer aluminium solid, 105°C, 2000 h
- Coin-type supercapacitors for electric meters, GPS, water meters
Film Capacitors
Film capacitors are valued for their excellent voltage tolerance. The range includes:
- CL21 — Metallised polyester (equivalents: Vishay MKT368, TDK/EPCOS B32520)
- CBB21 — Metallised polypropylene
- CBB81 — High-voltage metallised polypropylene
- X2 — Metallised polypropylene for mains interference suppression (equivalents: Kemet R46, TDK/EPCOS B32921)
- CL19 — Axial metallised polyester
