Who do we use for our shipping?

We ship EXW

We mainly work with UPS for their competitive and reliable service. All the parcels are trackable and come with the relevant paperwork.

Delivery with UPS Expedited:

Spain/Portugal: 24h
Continental Europe: 24/48h
ROW: 3 to 7 working days.

Alternatively, we can arrange delivery with the company of your choice.

Where do we export to?

We export all over the world, except countries with sanctions, embargoes and restrictions. Click link for the identity of those countries.

What are our standard payment terms?

Our standard payment terms are 30 days following a credit check and approval.

We offer a 1% payment discount for those customers whom pay Net 1

How can payments be made?

We accept payment by bank transfer only. Our bank details for making the transfer are provided directly on your invoice.

What are our warranty terms

We are confident of the quality of all the components we supply and all come with a 12 month warranty

What is our RMA policy?

In the very unlikely event that a problem occurs, we always try to find a solution for our customers.

We accept returns upon the receipt of a test report from the customer that the parts are faulty and within the 12 months warranty time.

The customer should contact us and fill the Customer Complaint Form

We accept returns only if a RMA has been released.

Then we replace or refund the parts.
