LCD components are selected and validated to maintain their optical and mechanical performance from -40 °C to +85 °C depending on the model.

One of the major challenges for embedded displays is readability in full daylight — whether in a railway cab facing the rising sun or in a utility vehicle exposed to outdoor conditions. CDTECH panels offer high brightness levels reaching several thousand nits, guaranteeing optimal visibility in all ambient lighting conditions.
